2 Day. Margush - History Museum in the city of Mary

Visit to the 5th civilization - Margush. There was a Bronze Age civilization here known as Margush, meaning "lowland", or the Greek name Margiana. In the 1970s, this complex was discovered by Professor Victor Sarianidi, the head of the Margiana archaeological expedition. Sarianidi claims that the Bactria-Margiana complex was a major center of ancient civilization, and suggested that the first religion of Zoroastrianism originated in Margush. Lunch on the territory of Margush. Next is the Museum of History, collected many artifacts excavated in the territory of Margush and Merve. Time relax. Overnight at the hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant.

3 Day. Mary city – Ashgabat city

Excursion program around the city of Mary: Russian Orthodox Church, the main bazaar of the city, the Central Mosque. Trip to the city of Ashgabat (350 km – 4-4.5 hours drive). On the way to see: - Abiverd or Abi-Ward, was an ancient Sassanid city in modern Turkmenistan. - in Anau, ruins of the Seyit Jamal ad-Din mosque of the 15th century. Hotel accommodation. Time relax. Visit: Independence Park, Ertugrul Gazi Mosque, Lenin Monument. Evening city tour. Overnight at the hotel. Lunch at a roadside cafe on the way to Ashgabat. Dinner at a local restaurant.

1 Day. Border Farab - Merv - city of Mary

Meeting with a local guide at the Farab border checkpoint, going through customs procedures, travel to the city of Mary through the city of Turkmenabat. Visit to the historical park of Merv (under UNESCO protection). Merv was located at the crossroads of the Great Silk Road and quickly became one of the largest cities. The capital competed with cities of the Islamic world such as Baghdad, Cairo and Damascus. Guided tour: Gyz Gala, Erk Gala, Soltan Gala, Soltan Sanjar Mausoleum, Askhabs, Yusup Hamadani, Ibn Zeid Mausoleum. Upon arrival in the city of Mary, transfer to the hotel for accommodation. Dinner at a local restaurant in Mary. Time to relax. Overnight at the hotel.
